Specializing in delivery of full-range of IP consulting services. Identified, acquired and nurtured new business, and managed all aspects of the project lifecycle-from scope of work through provision of deliverables, follow-up, and relationship management. Highly successful in building relationships with decision makers, seizing control of critical problem areas, delivering on customer commitments at the best cost basis.

Earlier, started TecEsq (Founder and CEO, an IP consulting company) in 2008 from scratch. The vision of TecEsq was redefined and re-branded for steep growth in focused IP consulting services.

Pradeep had established, mentored and managed a dedicated team of IP professionals at Intellevate Inc. (acquired by CPA Global) for Microsoft Corporation, USA. He joined Intellevate in the year 2004, when IP outsourcing business just started getting some traction. Having vast experience in working in the US, he was able to grow the team exponentially at Intellevate.

Pradeep has acquired masters in computer Science from Rutgers University, New Jersey and worked with software companies in the USA for many years.

Wendy Oliveras, MS - Business Development Director (North America) is a passionate entrepreneur and avid chess player. She brings 36 years of solid hands-on experience in attorney and executive recruitment, business development, legal and intellectual property fields. Her professional specialty and focus is in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, engineering, and technology industries. She is a Global IP Search & Business Consultant, HR/Talent Acquisition Specialist, Empowerment Expert, Author, Columnist, Motivational Speaker, Trainer, and Career Mentor.

In 2001, she founded Oliveras & Company, Inc., a prominent legal search firm specializing in the recruitment of intellectual property attorneys, partners, HR professionals and support staff. In 2012, Wendy authored and published her first self-help and business- related book entitled "Let's Play SHESS: Succeed in your game of life and business by playing chess -- from Pawn to Queen. As a result, in 2014, she formed SHESS Global Alliance, LLC, a Certified MWBE, which empowers women of all ages and backgrounds through the game of chess . (http://www.playshess.com)

Oliveras is an Honorary Recipient of the Jersey City's 15th Annual 2013 "Women of Action" Award and was President of the New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners ("NJAWBO") Hudson County Chapter (April 2010-April 2012). She holds a Master's of Science degree with honors in Human Resources Management and a post-Master's Certification in Career Planning and Development from The New School in New York City.
